1 Year Replacement Warranty
The Petzone range of heated pet beds and mats are warranted for one year from purchased date against faulty workmanship and material. 
In case warranty claim is necessary, phone Thermofilm on 03 9562 3455 or email for warranty instructions.  Proof of purchase date will be required prior to processing any warranty claim.  Damage caused by animals or incorrect use voids warranty.
